We had a fantastic time with amazing breakfast options, especially the fresh orange juice, and the staff was always so warm and welcoming. The fitness center was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a busy day exploring. Just a heads up, the walls are a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

A mixed bag of experiences
The warm welcome from the staff made arriving feel like home. My suite was spacious, and I especially loved the jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was decent too.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not operational, making it quite uncomfortable at night. Also, the decor felt dated, creating an odd atmosphere.

It was just a perfect match for a short stay in Milan with good value considering the price it charged. I really appreciated having access to freshly brewed coffee and pastries all day long, it was a nice surprise. Consider enjoying a coffee break in the lounge to make the most of your stay.

This was my second stay at Capitol Milano, and I loved it even more than the first time. The staff here are fantastic. They really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The traditional Italian furnishings added a lovely touch, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. My room was cozy and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout drapes, especially on warmer nights. However, the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room effectively. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro and close to some great shopping spots. Breakfast every morning was a delight, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a good variety of food options. That said, I did notice that some items ran low during peak times, so replenishing quickly would be a plus. A minor annoyance was the limited outlets next to the bed, making it tricky to charge devices overnight. Even so, I would definitely come back again for the wonderful service and charming ambiance.
